שִׁבְעָה שָׁבֻעֹת תִּסְפָּר ־ לָךְ מֵהָחֵל חֶרְמֵשׁ בַּקָּמָה תָּחֵל לִסְפֹּר שִׁבְעָה שָׁבֻעֽוֹת ׃
