וְהָיָה כְּכַלֹּת הַשֹּׁטְרִים לְדַבֵּר אֶל ־ הָעָם וּפָקְדוּ שָׂרֵי צְבָאוֹת בְּרֹאשׁ הָעָֽם ׃ ס
