וַיִּשְׁלַח סְפָרִים אֶל ־ כָּל ־ מְדִינוֹת הַמֶּלֶךְ אֶל ־ מְדִינָה וּמְדִינָה כִּכְתָבָהּ וְאֶל ־ עַם וָעָם כִּלְשׁוֹנוֹ לִהְיוֹת כָּל ־ אִישׁ שֹׂרֵר בְּבֵיתוֹ וּמְדַבֵּר כִּלְשׁוֹן עַמּֽוֹ ׃ פ
