וּבְכָל ־ מְדִינָה וּמְדִינָה מְקוֹם אֲשֶׁר דְּבַר ־ הַמֶּלֶךְ וְדָתוֹ מַגִּיעַ אֵבֶל גָּדוֹל לַיְּהוּדִים וְצוֹם וּבְכִי וּמִסְפֵּד שַׂק וָאֵפֶר יֻצַּע לָֽרַבִּֽים ׃
