וַיֹּאמֶר חַרְבוֹנָה אֶחָד מִן ־ הַסָּרִיסִים לִפְנֵי הַמֶּלֶךְ גַּם הִנֵּה ־ הָעֵץ אֲשֶׁר ־ עָשָׂה הָמָן לְֽמָרְדֳּכַי אֲשֶׁר דִּבֶּר ־ טוֹב עַל ־ הַמֶּלֶךְ עֹמֵד בְּבֵית הָמָן גָּבֹהַּ חֲמִשִּׁים אַמָּה וַיֹּאמֶר הַמֶּלֶךְ תְּלֻהוּ עָלָֽיו ׃
