וַיֵּט מֹשֶׁה אֶת ־ יָדוֹ עַל ־ הַיָּם וַיָּשָׁב הַיָּם לִפְנוֹת בֹּקֶר לְאֵיתָנוֹ וּמִצְרַיִם נָסִים לִקְרָאתוֹ וַיְנַעֵר יְהוָה אֶת ־ מִצְרַיִם בְּתוֹךְ הַיָּֽם ׃
