וַיִּשְׁמַע יִתְרוֹ כֹהֵן מִדְיָן חֹתֵן מֹשֶׁה אֵת כָּל ־ אֲשֶׁר עָשָׂה אֱלֹהִים לְמֹשֶׁה וּלְיִשְׂרָאֵל עַמּוֹ כִּֽי ־ הוֹצִיא יְהוָה אֶת ־ יִשְׂרָאֵל מִמִּצְרָֽיִם ׃
