וַיִּקַּח מֹשֶׁה אֶת ־ הַדָּם וַיִּזְרֹק עַל ־ הָעָם וַיֹּאמֶר הִנֵּה דַֽם ־ הַבְּרִית אֲשֶׁר כָּרַת יְהוָה עִמָּכֶם עַל כָּל ־ הַדְּבָרִים הָאֵֽלֶּה ׃
