וַיְהִי מִֽמָּחֳרָת וַיֹּאמֶר מֹשֶׁה אֶל ־ הָעָם אַתֶּם חֲטָאתֶם חֲטָאָה גְדֹלָה וְעַתָּה אֶֽעֱלֶה אֶל ־ יְהוָה אוּלַי אֲכַפְּרָה בְּעַד חַטַּאתְכֶֽם ׃
