וַיֹּאמֶר יְהוָה אֶל ־ מֹשֶׁה אֱמֹר אֶֽל ־ אַהֲרֹן נְטֵה אֶֽת ־ מַטְּךָ וְהַךְ אֶת ־ עֲפַר הָאָרֶץ וְהָיָה לְכִנִּם בְּכָל ־ אֶרֶץ מִצְרָֽיִם ׃
