וַיִּקַּח תֶּרַח אֶת ־ אַבְרָם בְּנוֹ וְאֶת ־ לוֹט בֶּן ־ הָרָן בֶּן ־ בְּנוֹ וְאֵת שָׂרַי כַּלָּתוֹ אֵשֶׁת אַבְרָם בְּנוֹ וַיֵּצְאוּ אִתָּם מֵאוּר כַּשְׂדִּים לָלֶכֶת אַרְצָה כְּנַעַן וַיָּבֹאוּ עַד ־ חָרָן וַיֵּשְׁבוּ שָֽׁם ׃
