וַתֵּרֶא רָחֵל כִּי לֹא יָֽלְדָה לְיַעֲקֹב וַתְּקַנֵּא רָחֵל בַּאֲחֹתָהּ וַתֹּאמֶר אֶֽל ־ יַעֲקֹב הָֽבָה ־ לִּי בָנִים וְאִם ־ אַיִן מֵתָה אָנֹֽכִי ׃
