וְכֵלַי כֵּלָיו רָעִים הוּא זִמּוֹת יָעָץ לְחַבֵּל ענוים בְּאִמְרֵי ־ שֶׁקֶר וּבְדַבֵּר אֶבְיוֹן מִשְׁפָּֽט ׃
