קְרָא בְגָרוֹן אַל ־ תַּחְשֹׂךְ כַּשּׁוֹפָר הָרֵם קוֹלֶךָ וְהַגֵּד לְעַמִּי פִּשְׁעָם וּלְבֵית יַעֲקֹב חַטֹּאתָֽם ׃

It is intended for admonition and warning to all hypocrites, and is not to be confined to those of any one age.
