כִּי כַּאֲשֶׁר יִדְבַּק הָאֵזוֹר אֶל ־ מָתְנֵי ־ אִישׁ כֵּן הִדְבַּקְתִּי אֵלַי אֶת ־ כָּל ־ בֵּית יִשְׂרָאֵל וְאֶת ־ כָּל ־ בֵּית יְהוּדָה נְאֻם ־ יְהוָה לִֽהְיוֹת לִי לְעָם וּלְשֵׁם וְלִתְהִלָּה וּלְתִפְאָרֶת וְלֹא שָׁמֵֽעוּ ׃
