כֹּה אָמַר יְהוָה הִשָּׁמְרוּ בְּנַפְשֽׁוֹתֵיכֶם וְאַל ־ תִּשְׂאוּ מַשָּׂא בְּיוֹם הַשַּׁבָּת וַהֲבֵאתֶם בְּשַׁעֲרֵי יְרוּשָׁלִָֽם ׃
