אָרוּר הַיּוֹם אֲשֶׁר יֻלַּדְתִּי בּוֹ יוֹם אֲשֶׁר ־ יְלָדַתְנִי אִמִּי אַל ־ יְהִי בָרֽוּךְ ׃
