וְהָיָה הָאִישׁ הַהוּא כֶּֽעָרִים אֲשֶׁר ־ הָפַךְ יְהוָה וְלֹא נִחָם וְשָׁמַע זְעָקָה בַּבֹּקֶר וּתְרוּעָה בְּעֵת צָהֳרָֽיִם ׃
