כֹּה אָמַר יְהוָה אִם ־ לֹא בְרִיתִי יוֹמָם וָלָיְלָה חֻקּוֹת שָׁמַיִם וָאָרֶץ לֹא ־ שָֽׂמְתִּי ׃
