וַֽיְהִי מִיָּמִים רַבִּים אַחֲרֵי אֲשֶׁר ־ הֵנִיחַ יְהוָה לְיִשְׂרָאֵל מִכָּל ־ אֹיְבֵיהֶם מִסָּבִיב וִיהוֹשֻׁעַ זָקֵן בָּא בַּיָּמִֽים ׃
