וַיֹּאמֶר יְהוֹשֻׁעַ בְּזֹאת תֵּֽדְעוּן כִּי אֵל חַי בְּקִרְבְּכֶם וְהוֹרֵשׁ יוֹרִישׁ מִפְּנֵיכֶם אֶת ־ הַכְּנַעֲנִי וְאֶת ־ הַחִתִּי וְאֶת ־ הַחִוִּי וְאֶת ־ הַפְּרִזִּי וְאֶת ־ הַגִּרְגָּשִׁי וְהָאֱמֹרִי וְהַיְבוּסִֽי ׃
