וַתִּקַּח יָעֵל אֵֽשֶׁת ־ חֶבֶר אֶת ־ יְתַד הָאֹהֶל וַתָּשֶׂם אֶת ־ הַמַּקֶּבֶת בְּיָדָהּ וַתָּבוֹא אֵלָיו בַּלָּאט וַתִּתְקַע אֶת ־ הַיָּתֵד בְּרַקָּתוֹ וַתִּצְנַח בָּאָרֶץ וְהֽוּא ־ נִרְדָּם וַיָּעַף וַיָּמֹֽת ׃
