וַיֹּאמֶר יוֹאָשׁ לְכֹל אֲשֶׁר ־ עָמְדוּ עָלָיו הַאַתֶּם ׀ תְּרִיבוּן לַבַּעַל אִם ־ אַתֶּם תּוֹשִׁיעוּן אוֹתוֹ אֲשֶׁר יָרִיב לוֹ יוּמַת עַד ־ הַבֹּקֶר אִם ־ אֱלֹהִים הוּא יָרֶב לוֹ כִּי נָתַץ אֶֽת ־ מִזְבְּחֽוֹ ׃
