וַאֲלֵהֶם תֹּאמַר אִישׁ אִישׁ מִבֵּית יִשְׂרָאֵל וּמִן ־ הַגֵּר אֲשֶׁר ־ יָגוּר בְּתוֹכָם אֲשֶׁר ־ יַעֲלֶה עֹלָה אוֹ ־ זָֽבַח ׃
