וְאֶל ־ בְּנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל תְּדַבֵּר לֵאמֹר אִישׁ אִישׁ כִּֽי ־ יְקַלֵּל אֱלֹהָיו וְנָשָׂא חֶטְאֽוֹ ׃
