וְסָמַךְ יָדוֹ עַל ־ רֹאשׁ הַשָּׂעִיר וְשָׁחַט אֹתוֹ בִּמְקוֹם אֲשֶׁר ־ יִשְׁחַט אֶת ־ הָעֹלָה לִפְנֵי יְהוָה חַטָּאת הֽוּא ׃
