וְלֹא ־ אֶחָד עָשָׂה וּשְׁאָר רוּחַ לוֹ וּמָה הָֽאֶחָד מְבַקֵּשׁ זֶרַע אֱלֹהִים וְנִשְׁמַרְתֶּם בְּרוּחֲכֶם וּבְאֵשֶׁת נְעוּרֶיךָ אַל ־ יִבְגֹּֽד ׃
