וַיִּקְרָא ־ בוֹ לִפְנֵי הָרְחוֹב אֲשֶׁר ׀ לִפְנֵי שַֽׁעַר ־ הַמַּיִם מִן ־ הָאוֹר עַד ־ מַחֲצִית הַיּוֹם נֶגֶד הָאֲנָשִׁים וְהַנָּשִׁים וְהַמְּבִינִים וְאָזְנֵי כָל ־ הָעָם אֶל ־ סֵפֶר הַתּוֹרָֽה ׃
