וַיֹּאמֶר נְחֶמְיָה הוּא הַתִּרְשָׁתָא וְעֶזְרָא הַכֹּהֵן ׀ הַסֹּפֵר וְהַלְוִיִּם הַמְּבִינִים אֶת ־ הָעָם לְכָל ־ הָעָם הַיּוֹם קָדֹֽשׁ ־ הוּא לַיהוָה אֱלֹהֵיכֶם אַל ־ תִּֽתְאַבְּלוּ וְאַל ־ תִּבְכּוּ כִּי בוֹכִים כָּל ־ הָעָם כְּשָׁמְעָם אֶת ־ דִּבְרֵי הַתּוֹרָֽה ׃
