וַיֹּאמֶר בִּלְעָם אֶל ־ מַלְאַךְ יְהוָה חָטָאתִי כִּי לֹא יָדַעְתִּי כִּי אַתָּה נִצָּב לִקְרָאתִי בַּדָּרֶךְ וְעַתָּה אִם ־ רַע בְּעֵינֶיךָ אָשׁוּבָה לִּֽי ׃
