וְאִם ־ אֵין אַחִים לְאָבִיו וּנְתַתֶּם אֶת ־ נַחֲלָתוֹ לִשְׁאֵרוֹ הַקָּרֹב אֵלָיו מִמִּשְׁפַּחְתּוֹ וְיָרַשׁ אֹתָהּ וְֽהָיְתָה לִבְנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל לְחֻקַּת מִשְׁפָּט כַּאֲשֶׁר צִוָּה יְהוָה אֶת ־ מֹשֶֽׁה ׃ ס
