וַיִּֽחַר ־ אַף יְהוָה בְּיִשְׂרָאֵל וַיְנִעֵם בַּמִּדְבָּר אַרְבָּעִים שָׁנָה עַד ־ תֹּם כָּל ־ הַדּוֹר הָעֹשֶׂה הָרַע בְּעֵינֵי יְהוָֽה ׃
