אֹגֵר בַּקַּיִץ בֵּן מַשְׂכִּיל נִרְדָּם בַּקָּצִיר בֵּן מֵבִֽישׁ ׃

4 He becometh poor that dealeth with a slack hand: but the hand of the diligent maketh rich. We are here told, 1.
