נָחֲלוּ פְתָאיִם אִוֶּלֶת וַֽעֲרוּמִים יַכְתִּרוּ דָֽעַת ׃

17 He that is soon angry dealeth foolishly: and a man of wicked devices is hated. Note, 1. Passionate men are justly laughed at.
