רְֽצוֹן ־ מֶלֶךְ לְעֶבֶד מַשְׂכִּיל וְעֶבְרָתוֹ תִּהְיֶה מֵבִֽישׁ ׃

34 Righteousness exalteth a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people. Note, 1. Justice, reigning in a nation, puts an honour upon it.
