יֹלֵד כְּסִיל לְתוּגָה לוֹ וְלֹֽא ־ יִשְׂמַח אֲבִי נָבָֽל ׃

Folly and Wickedness. 20 He that hath a froward heart findeth no good: and he that hath a perverse tongue falleth into mischief. Note, 1.
