וַיֹּאמֶר בֹּעַז אֶל ־ רוּת הֲלוֹא שָׁמַעַתְּ בִּתִּי אַל ־ תֵּלְכִי לִלְקֹט בְּשָׂדֶה אַחֵר וְגַם לֹא תַעֲבוּרִי מִזֶּה וְכֹה תִדְבָּקִין עִם ־ נַעֲרֹתָֽי ׃
