וַיֹּאמְרוּ כָּל ־ הָעָם אֲשֶׁר ־ בַּשַּׁעַר וְהַזְּקֵנִים עֵדִים יִתֵּן יְהוָה אֶֽת ־ הָאִשָּׁה הַבָּאָה אֶל ־ בֵּיתֶךָ כְּרָחֵל ׀ וּכְלֵאָה אֲשֶׁר בָּנוּ שְׁתֵּיהֶם אֶת ־ בֵּית יִשְׂרָאֵל וַעֲשֵׂה ־ חַיִל בְּאֶפְרָתָה וּקְרָא ־ שֵׁם בְּבֵית לָֽחֶם ׃
