וְהָעִיר הָיְתָה מְרֻבַּעַת אָרְכָּהּ כְּרָחְבָּהּ וַיָּמָד אֶת־הָעִיר בִּקְנֵה הַמִּדָּה שְׁנֵים עָשָׂר אֶלֶף כִּבְרַת־אֶרֶץ אָרְכָּהּ וְרָחְבָּהּ וְקֹמָתָהּ מִדָּה אַחַת לָהֶם׃
