അവരിൽ എഴുപതിനായിരം (70,000) പേരെ ചുമട്ടുകാരായും എൺപതിനായിരം (80,000) പേരെ മലയിൽ കല്ലുവെട്ടുകാരായും മൂവായിരത്തറുനൂറു (3,600) പേരെ ജനത്തെക്കൊണ്ടു വേല ചെയ്യിപ്പാൻ മേൽനോട്ടക്കാരായും നിയമിച്ചു.
