ജലസംഭരണിക്ക് നാലു വിരലുകളുടെ കനവും അതിന്‍റെ വക്ക് പാനപാത്രത്തിന്‍റെ വക്കുപോലെയും വിടർന്ന താമരപ്പൂപോലെയും ആയിരുന്നു. അതിൽ മൂവായിരം ബത്ത് വെള്ളം കൊള്ളുമായിരുന്നു.

4അത് പന്ത്രണ്ടു കാളകളുടെ പുറത്തു വച്ചിരുന്നു: കാളകൾ മൂന്നു വീതം വടക്കോട്ടും പടിഞ്ഞാറോട്ടും തെക്കോട്ടും കിഴക്കോട്ടും മുഖം തിരിച്ചിരുന്നു. ജലസംഭരണി വഹിച്ചിരുന്ന കാളകളുടെ പിൻഭാഗം അകത്തോട്ട് ആയിരുന്നു.

6കഴുകാൻ വെള്ളം വയ്ക്കേണ്ടതിന് പത്തു തൊട്ടികളും ഉണ്ടാക്കി; വലത്തുഭാഗത്തും ഇടത്തുഭാഗത്തുമായി അഞ്ചു വീതം വച്ചു. ഹോമയാഗത്തിന്നുള്ള വസ്തുക്കൾ അവർ അവയിൽ കഴുകും; ജലസംഭരണിയോ പുരോഹിതന്മാർക്ക് കഴുകുവാനുള്ളതായിരുന്നു.
