യഹോവയ്ക്കു തങ്ങളുടെ വഴിപാടുകൾ കഴിക്കുവാൻ അവിടുന്ന് യിസ്രായേൽ മക്കളോടു സീനായിമരുഭൂമിയിൽവച്ച് അരുളിച്ചെയ്ത നാളിൽ യഹോവ മോശെയോടു സീനായിപർവ്വതത്തിൽവച്ച് ഇവ കല്പിച്ചു.
