``သင်တို့ဘုရားသခင်ထာဝရဘုရား ပေးသနားတော်မူမည့်ပြည်အခြားနေရာ များတွင် ပသခါပွဲတော်အတွက်ယဇ်ကောင် များကိုမသတ်ရ။ ကိုးကွယ်ရာတစ်ခုတည်း သောဌာန၌သာပသခါပွဲယဇ်ကောင်များ ကိုသတ်ရမည်။ သင်တို့သည်နေဝင်ချိန်တွင် အီဂျစ်ပြည်မှထွက်ခဲ့ရသည်။ သို့ဖြစ်၍ နေဝင်ချိန်၌ယဇ်ကောင်များကိုသတ်ရမည်။-
