ငါ့​အား​ဆက်​သ​ထား​သော​မုန့်​ခြင်း​တောင်း ထဲ​မှ တ​ဆေး​မ​ပါ​သော​မုန့်​တစ်​လုံး၊ ဆီ​နှင့် လုပ်​သော​မုန့်​တစ်​လုံး၊ မုန့်​ပြား​တစ်​ချပ်​ကို ယူ​လော့။
