သို့​ရာ​တွင်​တစ်​နှစ်​အ​တွင်း​အိမ်​ကို​ပြန်​၍​မ ဝယ်​ယူ​လျှင် နောက်​တစ်​ဖန်​ပြန်​လည်​ဝယ်​ယူ ခွင့်​မ​ရှိ​သည့်​အ​ပြင်​ဝယ်​ယူ​သူ​နှင့်​သူ​၏ အ​ဆက်​အ​နွယ်​တို့​သည်​ထို​အိမ်​ကို​အ​မြဲ ပိုင်​စေ​ရ​မည်။ ပြန်​လည်​ပေး​အပ်​ခြင်း​ဆိုင်​ရာ နှစ်​တွင်​ထို​အိမ်​ကို​မူ​လ​ပိုင်​ရှင်​အား​ပြန် မ​ပေး​ရ။-
