တဖန်ဒါဝိဒ်မင်းသည် ဣသရေလမင်းများတည်း ဟူသော အမျိုးအသီးအသီးကို အုပ်သောမင်း၊ အလှည့် လှည့်အမှုတော်ကို စောင့်သော တပ်မှူးဗိုလ်မင်း၊ လူ တထောင်အုပ်၊ တရာအုပ်၊ ရှင်ဘုရင်၏ဘဏ္ဍာစိုး၊ သား တော်၏ဘဏ္ဍာစိုး၊ ခွန်အားရှိသောသူရဲ အကြီးအကဲ အရာရှိ အပေါင်းတို့ကို ယေရုရှလင်မြို့မှာ စုဝေးစေတော် မူ၏။
