ယောယကိမ်သည်လည်း ဖာရောဘုရင် အမိန့် တော်အတိုင်း၊ တပြည်လုံးတွင် ရွှေငွေခွဲ၍ ဖာရောဘုရင် အား အခွန်ဆက်ရ၏။ ပြည်သူပြည်သား အသီးအသီး တို့ကို ရွှေငွေခွဲသည်အတိုင်း၊ ကျပ်တည်းစွာ တောင်း၍ ဖာရောနေခေါအား ဆက်လေ၏။
