Ши дин четате а луат ун дрегэтор каре авя суб порунка луй пе оамений де рэзбой, чинч оамень каре фэчяу парте дин сфетничий ымпэратулуй ши каре ау фост гэсиць ын четате, пе логофэтул кэпетенией оштирий, ынсэрчинат сэ скрие ла оасте пе попорул цэрий, ши шайзечь де оамень дин попорул цэрий, каре се афлау ын четате.
