“Si el buey de un hombre hiere al buey de su prójimo de modo que muera, venderán el buey vivo y se repartirán el dinero; y también se repartirán el animal muerto.

34el dueño del pozo pagará el daño. Dará dinero a su dueño, y el animal muerto será suyo.

36Pero si era notorio que el buey tenía la costumbre de acornear en el pasado y su dueño no lo había mantenido encerrado, ciertamente pagará buey por buey, y el animal muerto será suyo.
