Zato izmerite iza svakog grada na istok dve hiljade lakata, i na jug dve hiljade lakata, i na zapad dve hiljade lakata, i na sever dve hiljade lakata, tako da grad bude u sredi. Tolika neka budu podgrađa njihova.
